The need for a functional and comfortable working environment led to design and planning of a new corporate office building for Ace Finance Pvt. Ltd. in Narayan Chour, Naxal, Kathmandu. The building consists of a wide spread basement and has been designed from ground-up to incorporate the various needs of a financial institution. The project was fast-tracked in response to the client's need to get the building operational at the soonest. It was completed in an impressive 18 months from the date of project agreement. A flawless synergy between the owner (ACE), consultant (Vastukala Paramarsha) and the contractor (CE construction) brought this remarkable project to fruition.
