The Comfort Housing Sitapaila II has been designed with experience of two earlier project Sitapaila I and Budhanilkantha. Hence the project has been designed in two wings, one wing having moderate income group with smaller plots and less built up area and the other with bigger plot size with more built up area for higher income group.
