The commercial building in Gairidhara, Kathmandu has been designed from ground-up to function as either an office space or an apartment building. If used as an apartment complex it will consist of six serviced flats with two different service cores. The building has basement car park with 20 car capacity. Currently the building is being operated as the central offices for Sunrise Bank.
